We stand behind Viverra with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your results, contact us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price — even if the bottle is opened.

How to request a refund

• Tell us briefly why it wasn't right for you (it helps us improve).
• We'll confirm and process your refund — no need to ship bottles back in most cases.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
